History
In early 2023, Opportunity CRE Inc. was formed to offer the real estate industry an inclusive, forward-thinking, and best-in-class commercial title agency. Less than 3% of senior title professionals are now diverse nationally in a country that is 38% diverse and growing.
Opportunity CRE founded Title Agency Opportunity Land Services, licensed in New York and New Jersey. Due to a variety of reasons, title agency Opportunity Land Services ceased operation on July 1, 2024.
Opportunity CRE will continue to advocate for and in the future, inclusive supply chain services in title insurance as a minority partner in the first institutional national MBE title agency.
In the interim, Opportunity CRE will partner with Langdon Title, a best-in-class New York City-based title agency, to offer supportive industry sponsors, lenders, and law firms our 10% solution supporting the mission.
Additionally, Opportunity CRE has established MISSION OPPORTUNITY, an affiliated IRS 501 (c) (4) social welfare organization to support our mission of making diversity and inclusion a mandate in the real estate industry.

The Issue
Title starts and ends almost every real property purchase/financing in the real estate sector, which comprises 20%+ of US GDP.
The title industry is similar to other mature industries, where over 90% of senior management are not diverse. Other CRE service industries like appraisal are also in this range.

Meet the Mission-Driven Team
Our team comprises passionate individuals committed to fostering more equitable inclusion in the CRE supply chain, initially in title insurance.
